Recipe for spinach and strawberry salad wth sweet cider dressing like the one at Simply Fondue Restaurant.?

I make my own which is baby spinach, sliced strawberries, sliced red onions, sliced cucumbers, slivered roasted almonds and I top it with Marzettis Poppyseed Dressing. It's popular and delicious.
