Simply food recipes????????

i wanna cook something but i need some recipes. like for instance deserts, or dinner meals. thanksSimply food recipes????????
GARLIC CHICKEN





INGREDIENTS


3 tablespoons butter


4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


2 teaspoons garlic powder


1 teaspoon seasoning salt


1 teaspoon onion powder








DIRECTIONS


Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Saute about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear





CHICKEN PASTA===================================





INGREDIENTS


3 tablespoons olive oil


1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch pieces


1 tablespoon chopped onion


2 cloves garlic, chopped


2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes


2 cups fresh broccoli florets


salt and pepper to taste


1 pinch dried oregano


18 ounces dry penne pasta


1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips


2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese








DIRECTIONS


In a large skillet over medium heat, warm oil and add chicken; cook until slightly brown. Add onion and garlic to cook for about 5 minutes or until garlic is golden and onions are translucent.


Add tomatoes, broccoli, salt, pepper and oregano; stir well and bring to a boil. Cover and turn down heat to simmer for about 10 minutes.


Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain and add back into pot. Pour chicken sauce into pot and mix well.


Add basil and toss well; top with Parmesan cheese. Serve.

Capri Salads





Ingredients for 4:


4 very large tomatoes


200g / 7oz mozzarella cheese


16 black olives (de-stoned/pitted)


12 fresh basil leaves (8 left whole, 4 finely chopped)


1 tbsp balsamic vinegar


1 tbsp olive oil


salt and pepper to season


fresh basil leaves to garnish





Directions:


1) Cut the tomatoes into thin slices with a v. sharp knife.


2) Drain the mozzarella, if necessary, and cut into thin slices.


3) Slice olives into rings.


4) Alternately layer the tomato slices, mozzarella, olive rings and basil leaves in a stack, finishing with a layer of mozzarella on top.


5) Place each stack under a preheated hot grill for 2-3 minutes, or just long enough to melt the mozzarella.


6) Drizzle the balsamic and olive oil over each stack, season with salt and pepper.


7) Transfer onto 4 serving plates and garnish with the chopped basil leaves.
Pizza Muffins





Ingredients:





1 package of Thomas English Muffins


1 jar of sauce


1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese





Directions:





Lightly toast the english muffins in the toaster


Spread sauce on them


Top with shredded cheese

You can add any toppings that you enjoy





Put on a cookie sheet and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

1 1/2 cup sugar


1 1/2 tsp bicarb


1 tbs white vinegar and enough milk to make 1 1/2 cups


60g sofened butter


2 eggs


1 tsp vanilla essence





put all ingredients into a large bowl beat 4 30 sec. on low speed


beat for 3 min on high speed


pour into large tin and bake 35-40 minin moderate oven
