Meatloaf is one of my favorite recipes.

3 pounds ground beef

3 large eggs

1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs

1 packet Lipton's Onion or Beefy Onion Soup Mix

2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

1/2 cup salsa

1/2 cup shredded cheese - I use a combination of Cheddar, Italian Blend and Pepper-Jack cheeses or whatever I have on hand

Mix all ingredients, form into a loaf in a loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
hi check with you local library they maybe able to help if not kids cookery books tend to have larger print and cover a wide range of food.
Buy the Fanny Farmer Cookbook....one of the best on the market for classic home-style recipes.

  1. Loving this recipe so much. I made it at my grandma’s house. The combination of recipes goes well with each other and the taste is certainly admirable. www.gourmandia.ca and www.coffeefashion .com also have interesting recipes that you’ll surely want to try!
